Al-Azhar Journal of Education (AJED) is a scientific peer-reviewed journal issued by the Faculty of Education, Al-Azhar University, Egypt. It has been publishing educational research since 1982. AJED is one of the oldest journals of education in Egypt and in the Arab World. AJED is widely known for its unique rich contribution of original articles and papers, edited by a distinguished board of educational editors, and peer-reviewed by prominent figures in the various educational and psychological fields, regionally and internationally. AJED is available on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (jsrep.journals.ekb.eg) and is one of the widely recognized and highly ranked journals by the Supreme Council of Universities, Egypt. In addition, AJED has been nominated by Clarivate Analytics and the Web of Science for attaining an impact factor and being indexed as the journal is accepted in ARCI. AJED board is taking tangible steps to be indexed by Scopus.
