A Training Program to Enhance Personal Quality and Talent Management and Its Effect on Emotional Balance among Early Childhood Teachers

Abstract

        The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a training program designed to enhance personal quality and talent management and its impact on emotional balance among early childhood teachers. The researcher employed a quasi-experimental approach. The study sample consisted of ten (10) teachers. The researcher utilized the following instruments: the Personal Quality Scale, the Talent Management Scale, and the Emotional Balance Scale for Early Childhood Teachers, in addition to the training program (developed by the researcher) .The results revealed statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the experimental group in the pre- and post-test scores on the personal quality, talent management, and emotional balance scales, in favor of the post-test. Moreover, no statistically significant differences were found between the post-test and follow-up test scores of the experimental group, which indicates the sustained effectiveness of the training program. The results were discussed and interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies.
