-         helping researchers develop their knowledge and research works through repertoire of tangible research papers and works that were substantially scrutinized, peer-reviewed and edited.

-  Disseminating the knowledge society by publishing original and innovative educational research to secure better educational scientific research and take it steps further, nationally, regionally, and internationally.

-  Disseminating educational experiences and visions that reflect educational thought in the Egyptian and Arab world.
