A proposed vision for enhancing university teacher's practice of reflection on professional practicesAn educational approach with the philosophy of artificial intelligence
Contemporary Life is full of many variables and challenges that affect individuals performance of the various roles assigned to them in work , production , and service environments, Furthermore, human development and the enhancement of their abilities and skills always require social , cultural, and spiritual contexts. This is because people who live in societies of learning , digital transformation , and artificial intelligence must be characterized by optimism, confidence, activity , familiarity with others , and the ability to help and cooperate with them by building deeper meanings for life, which they form through contemplating satisfactory answers to valid and vital questions about human life on Earth and their relationship with other creatures. From here, the research problem emerged in an attempt to formulate a proposed vision to improve the university teachers practice of reflection in their professional practices , benefiting from the technology of smart machines linked to advanced computers . The research relied on the descriptive approach and concluded with the formulation of the proposed vision , which revolved around providing supportive requirements for the university teacher , the university environment, and the societal context.
