Community-centered development requirements from a digital transformation perspective

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the requirements of development based on community development from the perspective of digital transformation, and to identify the level of adoption of digital transformation by NGOs in various aspects of their work, and what challenges NGOs face in implementing the digital transformation system, which is a descriptive study. The most important digital programs and applications used in NGOs are Facebook and then WhatsApp, and the most important technical programs that are used to employ digital transformation in organizations are training programs on the use of digital transformation, and the most important challenges faced by NGOs in using digital transformation are the lack of digital skills, then the lack of human resources and the lack of financial resources, and the human requirements necessary for the success of the digital transformation system are cadres capable of working efficiently, and human resources cover the required administrative and professional burdens.
