Achieving organizational effectiveness in the faculties of Al-Azhar University according to the dimensions of organizational agility

Abstract

            The study aims to reveal the reality of organizational effectiveness in the faculties of Al-Azhar University, in addition to revealing the reality of the practice of academic leaderships at the faculties of Al-Azhar University for the dimensions of organizational agility, and determining the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of organizational agility and organizational effectiveness in the faculties of Al-Azhar University, in order to present a proposed perception for achieving organizational effectiveness in the faculties of Al-Azhar University according to the dimensions of organizational agility. The study uses the descriptive approach , and also uses the questionnaire as a tool for gathering information , It is applied to a sample of (380) teaching staff  from the faculties of Al-Azhar University, and the results of the study show that the reality of organizational effectiveness in the faculties of Al-Azhar University is ( weak ), The reality of the practice of academic leaderships in the faculties of Al-Azhar University regarding the dimensions of organizational agility comes in at a (weak) degree. The results of the study show statistically significant differences according to the college sector variable in favor of the practical colleges, and according to the administrative position is in favor of those who hold an administrative position, and according to the college branch variable is in favor of the boys’ branch. The results of the study also show that there is a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (0.01) between the dimensions of organizational agility and organizational effectiveness in the faculties of Al-Azhar University. A proposed perception is presented for achieving organizational effectiveness in the faculties of Al-Azhar University according to the dimensions of organizational agility.
