The Title: Positive thinking and academic buoyancy among male and female students of Al-Azhar University, with Tafna Al-Ashraf, a predictive difference study

Abstract

     The current research aims to reveal the differences between males and females in positive thinking and academic buoyancy, the relationship between positive thinking and academic buoyancy, and the possibility of predicting academic buoyancy from positive thinking among a sample of (400) male and female students of Al-Alazhar University in Tafhna Al-Ashraf for the academic year (2020 – 2021 AD), the number of male students was (250) students from the College of Education in Dakahlia, and the number of female students was (150) female students from the College of Human Studies, and their chronological age ranged between (17.9-19.0) years, and their average age was (18.4) years, with a deviation Normative (4.641), where the researchers applied to them the positive thinking scale (prepared by researchers), and the academic buoyancy scale (prepared by researchers), using (Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, and regression analysis coefficient). Statistically significant in positive thinking is due to the gender variable (male - female), and there are no statistically significant differences in academic buoyancy due to the gender variable (male - female), and there is a positive statistically significant relationship between positive thinking and academic buoyancy among students and that Academic advancement can be predicted from positive thinking
