The study aimed to identify the status-quo of the role of Al-AzharUniversity in promoting the culture of voluntary work among students in the light of its fields. The descriptive and fundamental approaches were mainly used to achieve such aim. For the purpose of collecting data, a questionnaire was utilized. The results of the study showed that the status-quo of the role of Al-AzharUniversity in promoting the culture of voluntary work among students came with an average degree in the health; education; advocacy and media; and social and psychological fields was average. Meanwhile, it was low in the economic and environmental fields. Based on the previous results, the study presented some recommendations and suggestions.
