Suggested mechanisms to activate the localization of training in public education schools in Tabuk

Abstract

The study aimed: at providing proposed mechanisms to activate the localization of training in public schools in Tabuk, by revealing the reality of training localization in public schools for girls in Tabuk and its obstacles. To achieve that, the descriptive survey approach was used and the questionnaire was used to collect data, the study population consisted of all the female leaders and female teachers in the public schools for girls in Tabuk, consists of (4642), and the study sample consisted of (98) school female leaders and (354) female teachers who were selected through stratified random sampling. The results showed: The reality of training localization came at a medium level in general and in all dimensions, and the obstacles to training localization came at a high level.
