Requirements of Applying the Kaizen Methodology to Improve the Pillars of Educational Process in the College of Education in Muzahimiyah: A field Study

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the requirements of the application of the Kaizen methodology to improve the aspects in Faculty of Education, Mazmahmiya, ShaqraUniversity. A descriptive survey approach was used. The study tool included a questionnaire completed by the faculty members of the Faculty of Education in Mazmahmiya, ShaqraUniversity, and included six aspects: university administration, curriculum, faculty members, students, educational environment and evaluation. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was verified. The results of the study showed that the importance of the requirements of applying the Kaizen methodology to improve the pillars of the university educational process obtained a medium level for aspects (university administration, curriculum, students, educational environment, evaluation). While the dimensions (female faculty members) came at a high level. The study presented recommened including the adoption of Kaizen methodology in all aspects of the educational process as a tool to raise the educational level and administrative performance.
