Abstract

        The current research sought to investigate the effectiveness of a proposed strategy based on the generative learning model through artificial intelligence applications in developing divergent thinking among math. Majors at Al-Azhar University, to achieve this goal, the researcher used the quantitative approach; one tool was represented in applying divergent thinking test to a sample of (58) student of the mathematics department at the education faculty at Al-Azhar University. who were randomly chosen; The sample was divided into two groups, one of which was a control group with a number of students (29), and an experimental group with a number of students (29), and after ensuring the equality of the experimental and control groups and applying the experimental treatment and research tool, The results of the research indicated to the effectiveness a proposed strategy based on the generative learning model through artificial intelligence applications in developing divergent thinking among mathematics majors, Where it was found that there was a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) in favor of the experimental group student in the post administration divergent thinking test. In the light of the results attained, the research recommended the necessity of benefiting from various artificial intelligence applications in teaching mathematics for all students.
