Research Map for Theses in Community Development at Al-Azhar University in Light of Sustainable Development Goals

 Based on the keenness of Al-Azhar University to keep pace with the trends and goals of sustainable development, and due to the uniqueness of the Department of "Community Development and Environmental Studies" with this name at the level of graduate studies in the faculties of social work in Egyptian universities, the research aimed to develop a research map for future scientific theses in the department, by foreseeing and prioritizing issues, fields and research treatments in line with the goals of sustainable development, and the research belongs to the descriptive forward-looking studies, using the sample social survey methodology, where the Research in the field on a sample of 156 experts and specialists during the second half of November 2024, The research reached a proposal to include various research issues related to the areas of achieving the sustainable development goals of Egypt's Vision 2030, while the proposed research treatments for master's theses included: description, evaluation, content analysis, analysis of experiences, and trends in development discourse, while it came at the doctoral level in the form of: Empirical studies, measuring the return of professional intervention in programs and projects, and the effectiveness of using scientific models in community development.
