Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the role of artificial intelligence in achieving organizational excellence in Al-Azhar university. The study used the descriptive approach to identify the intellectual framework of artificial intelligence and some of its applications, identifying the foundations of organizational excellence and the mechanism for achieving it. The study also used a questionnaire that was presented to a group of teaching staff (241) in the Faculties of Education at Al-Azhar University, to identify the degree of importance of artificial intelligence in achieving organizational excellence at the university. The importance ranking of the organizational excellence axes came as follows (human resources management in first rank, organizational culture in second rank, stimulating innovation in third rank, processing in fourth rank, and then the leadership). The study concluded some suggested mechanisms for employing artificial intelligence applications in Al-Azhar university, which is an important factor in achieving organizational excellence in Al-Azhar university. The study recommended that attention should be given to provide all the necessary requirements for employing artificial intelligence applications to achieve organizational excellence at the university.
