Requirements for developing a culture of knowledge sharing among teaching staff at Al-Azhar University in light of some artificial intelligence applications

Abstract

  The research aimed to develop a proposed list of requirements for developing the culture of cognitive sharing among teaching staff of Al-Azhar University in  light of some AI applications  the researcher used the descriptive approach, The field-side used a tool that was addressed to a group of research-related experts; To take their views on the proposed list of requirements, and improving their teaching, research and administrative performance and achieving their tools in the service and development of society and the existence of many AI applications that can bring about a significant development in knowledge management and sharing at the university, The degree of importance to all the axes of the proposed list is  very important from the expert point of view. technical requirements ", the second theme of technical requirements ranked first with relative weight (2.8906), then the third axis for training and education requirements in second place at relative weight (2.8782), and last came the first axis of regulatory requirements, with relative weight (2.8581), in  light of which a number of proposed mechanisms have been put to meet requirements while citing expected constraints and ways to overcome them.
