The Role of General Education School Principals in the Asir Region in Implementing the Dimensions of Digital Empowerment: A Proposed Vision

Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop a proposed conception of the role of principals of public education schools in Asir region in the application of the dimensions of digital empowerment, and the descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (381) members of education schools in Asir region, and several results were reached, including: The approval of the research sample with a degree of approval (large) on the role of principals of public education schools in Asir region in applying the dimensions of digital empowerment (digital training, digital communication, and digital motivation); The role of principals of public education schools in Asir region in applying the dimensions of digital empowerment (digital training, digital communication, and digital motivation) due to variables (current job, educational stage, and years of experience).
A number of recommendations were reached, including: holding a number of specialized training courses and workshops in the field of digital empowerment for teachers, students and parents, employing modern technology in managing the administrative and educational process in schools, preparing guides, conferences and seminars for the role of principals of public education schools in Asir region in applying the dimensions of digital empowerment in public education schools, issuing the necessary legislation to apply the dimensions (digital training, digital communication, and digital motivation) for digital empowerment in public education schools in Asir region, and forming committees At the level of educational administration, its mission is to study the reality of the application of dimensions (digital training, digital communication, and digital motivation) for digital empowerment in public education schools in Asir region.
A number of recommendations were reached, including: adopting the proposed strategy for the application of school accreditation standards in general education schools and its role in achieving the quality of institutional performance, establishing a higher committee at the Ministry of Education to conduct scientific studies on the application of school accreditation standards in public education schools and its role in achieving the quality of institutional performance, establishing an advisory board of educational departments to discuss the requirements for applying school accreditation standards in public education schools and its role in achieving the quality of institutional performance, issuing the necessary decisions and legislation from the authorities Specialized such as the Ministry of Education and the Council of Ministers to govern the application of school accreditation standards in public education schools and its role in achieving the quality of institutional performance, and the establishment of an agency in each educational administration to govern the application of school accreditation standards in public education schools and its role in achieving the quality of institutional performance, and the formation of advisory committees for international cooperation to govern the application of school accreditation standards in public education schools and its role in achieving the quality of institutional performance.
