Abstract

The research aimed to determine the effectiveness of a training program based on fun learning to develop some digital teaching skills and academic motivation among student teachers in the History Division of the College of Education.The research group consisted of (40) male and female students.The research used the experimental method to design one group with two measurements, pre- and post-test.A list was prepared.With some digital teaching skills and a list of the dimensions of the academic motivation scale required to be developed among student teachers in the History Division, the training program was designed In light of the two skill lists previously prepared, research tools were built, which are an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of digital teaching skills related to the program, a note card to note the practical performance of digital teaching skills related to the program, and an academic motivation scale to measure the level of motivation and motivation among students towards digital teaching and academic performance. The research tools were applied pre- and post-totally to the research group. The results of the research concluded that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the research sample between the pre- and post-applications in favor of the post-application.This confirms the effectiveness of the training program based on fun education to develop some digital teaching skills and academic motivation among students of the History Division of the College of Education.The research recommendations came about the necessity of designing Training programs to develop digital teaching skills among student teachers, and the necessity of providing an appropriate educational structure to implement digital teaching in all schools Make use of the training programme set up for current research into inservice teacher training at all educational levels.
