Abstract

The research aimed to identify the effect of “Insanity” training on some physical, physiological and biochemical variables and the level of skill performance of boxing players.
The researchers used the experimental method by designing pre- and post-measurements on one sample of (10) boxing players from the Police Sports Federation in Cairo, born in (2006 AD)
The following statistical methods were used: (arithmetic mean - standard deviation - median - skewness coefficient - - Pearson simple correlation coefficient - T. test - - Eta square2 (²η), Cohen’s effect factor - percentage improvement rates)
First: Conclusions:
1. The training program using Insanity exercises led to improvement of the physical variables under study with percentage improvement rates ranging between (6.65%: 16.91%) among the members of the research sample.
2. The training program using Insanity exercises led to improvement of the physiological variables under study with percentages of improvement ranging between (0.39%: 50.00%) among the individuals in the research sample
3. The training program using Insanity exercises led to improvement of the biochemical variables under study with percentage improvement rates ranging between (4.85%: 19.33%) among the individuals in the research sample.
4. The training program using Insanity exercises led to the improvement under study with percentage improvement rates ranging between (6.17%: 8.42%) among the individuals in the research sample
Second: Recommendations:
1. Using the Insanity training program for boxers because of its positive impact on developing many physical and physiological abilities and the level of skill performance of boxers.
2. Paying attention to Insanity training in the training programs for boxers to ensure the development and improvement of the level of skill performance.
3. Work to direct this research and the proposed training program to those working in the field of boxing, and hold training courses and educational seminars to learn about the latest scientific developments in the field of sports training.
4. Conduct similar studies on different samples and other skills to develop physical and physiological capabilities and the level of skill performance.
