Youth Attitudes Towards Electronic Volunteer Work for The Local Community Development in Light of Contemporary Technological Development: An Applied Study on Youth from A Community Development Perspective at The Hayatem Youth Center In Gharbia.

Abstract

     Electronic volunteer work represents a scientific field for young people to contribute to social work and bear responsibility towards the development of the local community in light of the technological skills that young people have acquired,Therefore, the research aims to determine the reality of youth trends towards electronic volunteer work for the local community development in light of contemporary technological development, through(Cognitive Component- Affective Component-Behavioral Component- Value Component-Technological Component) , As well as determining the reality of relationship between youth attitudes towards electronic volunteer work and local community development , And identifying the obstacles that limit the level of youth attitudes towards electronic volunteer work for the local community development,  In order to reach a future vision to enhance young people’s attitudes towards electronic volunteer work to the local community development in light of contemporary technological development ,This study is a descriptive study and used the case study approach, It was applied to a number of(105) young people at the Al-Hayatham Village in Gharbia ,The study concluded that there is a lack of financial capabilities for young people to support the practice of electronic businesses and volunteer activities. Lack of awareness of the benefits and importance of participating in electronic volunteer work, Parents' lack of interest in encouraging their children to engage in volunteer work online , She also stressed the need to provide technological capabilities for electronic volunteers to facilitate youth participation. Developing the experiences and skills of young people in the fields of electronic volunteer work, holding workshops and training volunteers electronically .
