The research sample consisted of two groups: an expeimental group: (30) students, and a control group (30) students. Two research tool was pre-post administered during the second semester of the academic year 2023/2024 on the experimental and control research sample. The research tried to test the hypotheses. After conducting the research experiment, applying the research tool, collecting, discussing, and interpreting the data and results, the researcher concluded: The effectiveness of teaching biology with the aesthetic approach based on scientific applications in developing aesthetic appreciation among first year secondary school students, an experimental research sample that was taught with the aesthetic approach based on scientific applications. In light of the previous results, the researcher recommended the need to improve teaching practices at the secondary stage and move away from traditional methods that focus on acquiring abstract knowledge and information which make it lose its importance and value for the student, and the necessity of using modern teaching methods and strategies in teaching biology at the secondary level, and building curricula for science in general and biology in particular in light of the aesthetic approach based on scientific applications in various stages of education, because of their great effectiveness in developing the aesthetic taste of students.
