Abstract

Caring for people of determination is caring for human capital that can have an effective impact in leading and managing the development processes of society. The current study keeps pace with contemporary international and global trends, which are concerned with people of determination and their care. The current study aimed to determine the impact of national initiatives in empowering people of determination.To what extent has this been achieved, and what are the developmental contributions that the social service profession in general, and community development in particular, can achieve in supporting the development direction of those initiatives in this regard in an effort to achieve the development goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030? This study belongs to the type of descriptive evaluative studies, and was used Case study approach. The questionnaire was applied to all (35) officials working at the center And a sample of (60) beneficiaries of the center’s services, and it reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the efficiency of the efforts of the centers for people of determination in facilitating access to services. The center’s services are characterized by flexibility, and that the center’s procedures are announced and clear, in addition to the efficiency of the center in empowering people of determination socially. And economically.
