Abstract
The case study aimed to identify the reality of investing the efforts of governmental and civil organizations to develop the programs provided to incoming students in the cities of Islamic missions, and to determine the requirements for investing the efforts of governmental and civil organizations in developing the programs provided to incoming students, and to monitor the obstacles to investing the efforts of governmental and civil organizations in developing the programs provided to incoming students, and to reach a proposed vision for investing the efforts of governmental and civil organizations in developing the programs provided to incoming students. The human field of the study included social specialists working in the cities of Islamic missions, numbering 63 specialists, male and female. The data collection for this study relied on a data collection tool, which is the questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of several axes, namely the main axes of the tool and the sub-dimensions, which include the first axis entitled the reality of investing the efforts of governmental and civil organizations to develop the programs provided to incoming students in the cities of Islamic missions, the second axis entitled the obstacles to investing the efforts of governmental and civil organizations to develop the programs provided to incoming students in the cities of Islamic missions, and the third axis entitled proposals for investing the efforts of governmental and civil organizations to develop the programs provided to incoming students in the cities of Islamic missions. Several sub-axes branched out from these main axes, and The reliance in achieving this was on the comprehensive social survey approach, where the research tool was applied to all social specialists (males and females) working in the Islamic mission cities for boys and girls in the Islamic mission cities sector affiliated with the Sheikhdom of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in Cairo. After the application procedures and the use of appropriate statistical analyses, the results came out as follows. It was reached to determine the order of priorities as follows: The third axis came in first place and is related to proposals to activate the investment of the efforts of governmental and civil organizations to develop the programs provided to incoming students in the Islamic mission cities, especially the interest in the first dimension that focuses on taking the proposals related to governmental organizations, where the standard score for this dimension within the axis came at a value of (1134) which corresponds to an actual standard score of (923) with a strong average value equal to (2.44). The second dimension came in second place in the same third axis, which focuses on taking the proposals related to civil organizations, where the standard score for this dimension within the axis came at a value of (1134) which corresponds to an actual standard score of (915) with a strong average value equal to (2.42), and the third dimension came in third place in the same third axis, which focuses on taking into account the proposals related to mission cities, where the standard score for this dimension within the axis came with a value of (1134), which corresponds to an actual standard score of (909) with a strong average value of (2.40), while the second axis came in second importance, which is entitled Obstacles to investing the efforts of governmental and civil organizations to develop programs provided to incoming students in Islamic mission cities, where the third dimension came in fourth place for priorities, entitled Obstacles related to mission cities, where the standard score for this dimension within the axis came with a value of (1134), which corresponds to an actual standard score of (905) with a strong average value of (2.39), and the first dimension came in fifth place, entitled Obstacles related to governmental institutions, where the standard score for this dimension within the axis came with a value of (1134), which corresponds to an actual standard score of (898) with a strong average value of (2.38), and also the third dimension in the same axis, entitled Obstacles related to In civil institutions, where the standard score for this dimension within the axis came with a value of (1134), which corresponds to an actual standard score of (899) with a strong average value of (2.38), and the general results showed that the first axis came in third importance, which is entitled: The reality of investing the efforts of governmental and civil organizations to develop programs provided to incoming students in Islamic mission cities, where the first dimension came in sixth place, which is entitled: The reality of investing the efforts of governmental organizations, where the standard score for this dimension within the axis came with a value of (2835), which corresponds to an actual standard score of (1695) with an average value of medium equal to (1.79), and the second dimension came in the same axis in seventh and last place in priorities, which is entitled: The reality of investing the efforts of civil organizations, where the standard score for this dimension within the axis came with a value of (2835), which corresponds to an actual standard score of (1427) with a weak average value of (1.51).
