Research entitled: Strengthening the knowledge structure of civil society organizations to achieve the strategic goals of Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030.

The case study aimed to work on supporting the cognitive structure of workers and officials in civil society organizations in order to contribute to achieving the strategic goals of Egypt's Vision for Sustainable Development 2030 AD by identifying the reality of the cognitive structure of workers in civil society organizations towards the strategic goals included in Egypt's Vision for Sustainable Development 2030 AD, then identifying the obstacles to strengthening and supporting the cognitive structure of workers in civil society organizations to achieve the strategic goals of Egypt's Vision for Sustainable Development 2030 AD, then seeking to reach some proposals to support and enhance the cognitive structure of workers in civil society organizations to achieve the strategic goals of Egypt's Vision for Sustainable Development 2030 AD. The human field of the study included a sample of workers and officials in some civil society organizations that work in the field of community development, and their number reached (105) employees and officials. The data collection tool for this study was relied upon, which is The questionnaire consisted of several axes. The first axis is the reality of the knowledge structure of civil society organizations to achieve the strategic goals of Egypt Vision 2030 for sustainable development. The second axis is the obstacles that prevent the enhancement of the knowledge structure of civil society organizations to achieve the strategic goals of Egypt Vision 2030 for sustainable development. The third axis is proposals to enhance the knowledge structure of civil society organizations to achieve the strategic goals of Egypt Vision 2030 for sustainable development. This was achieved using the social survey method by sample. After the application procedures and the use of appropriate statistical analyses, the results came as follows: The third axis came in first place in terms of importance, entitled Proposals to Enhance the Knowledge Structure of Civil Society Organizations Workers to Achieve the Strategic Goals of Egypt Vision 2030, with a standard score of (4725) and an actual score of (4137), which represents a weighted average value of (2.62), which is a strong achievement score. The third dimension (c) in the first axis came in second place, entitled: The Reality of the Knowledge Structure of Civil Society Organizations Workers in Achieving the Strategic Goal (An Integrated Ecosystem) And sustainable), with a standard score of (3150) and an actual score of (2538), which represents a weighted average value of (2.41), which is a strong achievement score. The first dimension (a) in the first axis, entitled: The reality of the cognitive structure of civil society organization workers in achieving the strategic goal (improving the quality of life of citizens), came in third place, with a standard score of (3150) and an actual score of (2335), which represents a weighted average value of (2.22), which is an average achievement score. The second dimension (b) in the first axis, entitled: The reality of the cognitive structure of civil society organization workers in achieving the strategic goal (justice and equality), came in fourth place, with a standard score of (3150) and an actual score of (2255), which represents a weighted average value of (2.14), which is an average achievement score. The second axis, entitled: Obstacles that prevent the achievement of enhancing the cognitive structure of civil society organization workers to achieve the strategic goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030, came in fifth place: This is with a standard score of (4725) and an actual score of (3126), which represents a weighted average value of (1.98), which is an average achievement score.
