The Role of Electronic Management in Improving Organizational Effectiveness in The Egyptian Boxing Federation

Abstract

Electronic management is the administrative process that leverages the unique capabilities of the internet and business networks in planning, directing, and controlling resources and the core capabilities of the organization without boundaries to achieve its goals. Electronic management is considered a modern trend that aligns with the nature and requirements of contemporary changes, and all organizations strive to adopt it to quickly achieve their objectives. The main aim of the study was to identify electronic management and its role in improving organizational effectiveness in the Egyptian Boxing Federation. The researcher used the descriptive method, and the main study sample consisted of 90 participants. The questionnaire and personal interview were used as tools for data collection. The most important results of the study were that electronic management focuses on reducing administrative paperwork complexities, speeding up task completion, expanding the database supporting senior management, and providing a quick and innovative means for employee participation in all events. These are among the top priorities of electronic management in the Egyptian Boxing Federation.
The most important recommendations included the necessity of spreading organizational culture and raising awareness of the importance of electronic work on the federation's results, the need to develop laws and regulations in the federation to align with the application of electronic management, and providing information technology to support and build positive institutional trust among all employees. Additionally, it is essential to utilize outstanding human capabilities in the field of electronic management as experts in designing and developing electronic programs.
