Towards a more Advanced Azharian Futuristic Vision in Teaching Students with Special Needs for Ensuring the Continuity of Azharian Education Leadership

Abstract

This paper presented an Azharian futuristic vision for the education of students with special needs. Such a vision emanated from the philosophy of inclusiveness in educating such students that Al-Azhar adopted from the very beginning. As such, Al-Azhar vision was almost 1000 years ahead any other ones regarding educating students with special needs.
The philosophy of inclusive education for students with disabilities has been developed by international visions through adopting more advanced strategies than those of Al-Azhar. As a result, international organizations have become ahead Al-Azhar in developing the education of students with special needs according to the philosophy of inclusive education.
The necessity of regaining Al-Azhar leadership regarding students with special needs education internationally, this paper presented several justifications for developing Al-Azhar futuristic vision and a proposal that can be implemented on how to develop it theoretically and practically.
This paper presented a proposal to make a remarkable development in students with special needs education through futuristic vision.
