Abstract

Research objectives  
The effect of using the educational scaffolding strategy on learning some basic swimming skills for the experimental group
Research methodology
       The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research, using an experimental design for two groups, one of which was control and the other experimental, using pre- and post-measurement for the two groups
Research population and sample
       The research population includes (125) students in the second year of preparatory school in Taha Noub, affiliated with the Al-Azhar district in Qalyubia Governorate, for the academic year 2023/2024. The researcher selected the research sample intentionally from the students of the second year of middle school, aged 12-15 years, where the research sample consisted of Of (50) students, they were divided into two equal groups, one of which was an experimental group, which used educational scaffolds, and the other was a control group, which followed the performance of physical education class exercises in the traditional styleThe strength of each of them is (20) students, and a number of (20) students were selected from the research community and outside the basic sample to conduct scientific transactions (validity - reliability) for the tests (under research), in addition to a number (10) students in the second year of middle school at the institute (the exploratory sample). ) to find scientific transactions
