The role of transformational leadership for teamwork in confronting the problems of general social work practice

Abstract

   The study aimed to attempt to identify the aspects of the general practices of transformational leadership behaviors for teamwork in civil society organizations by identifying the aspects of the teamwork practice of risk-taking behavior in facing the problems of the general practice of social work in civil society organizations, and identifying the aspects of the teamwork practice of the behavior of imparting a spirit of challenge in facing the problems of the general practice of social work, In civil associations, And identifying the aspects of teamwork practicing freedom of inquiry behavior in confronting the problems of the general practice of social work in civil society organizations, and identifying the aspects of teamwork practicing effective communication behavior in confronting the problems of the general practice of social work in civil society organizations, The importance of the study lies in that transformational leadership behaviors for teamwork are among the topics, The mission in the field of social work, Identifying these behaviors may contribute to identifying the nature of the relationship between the general practice of members of the professional work team and the extent of their abilities to reduce the problems of general practice in civil society organizations, The study belongs to the type of descriptive studies, and used the case study approach, relying on the questionnaire as a tool, The results reached, The strength of the manifestations of the teamwork practice of risk-taking behavior in confronting the problems of the general practice of social work in the civil association, the strength of the manifestations of the practice of teamwork of the behavior of gaining a spirit of challenge in confronting the problems of the general practice of social work in the civil society association, and the strength of the manifestations of the teamwork practice of the behavior of freedom of inquiry in the face of the problems of general practice. For social work in the civil association, The aspects of the practice of teamwork are moderate in effective communication behavior in confronting the problems of the general practice of social work in the civil association. Therefore, a future vision can be proposed to confirm the role of transformational leadership of teamwork in confronting the problems of the general practice of social work.
