Effectiveness of a Multi-Activity Programme for the Development of Effective Personal Habits of Kindergarten Children in Application of the Principles of Human Development in the Light of the Kayzen Strategy

Abstract

   The research aimed to develop the active personal habits of kindergarten children in application of the principles of human development in the light of the Kayzen strategy, and the experimental approach was used, with a sample of 60 children and children of the Nasr City Institute College College kindergarten, aged between 5 and 6 years, divided into two equal, experimental and command groups, each comprising 30 children, and the researcher used tools: testing the successive matrices of Raven Al-Queen Hassan (2016) to measure the intelligence of the kindergarten child; Illustrated effective personality habits test for kindergarten children (prepared by the researcher), a program of multiple activities to develop effective personality habits for kindergarten children in application of the principles of human development in light of the Kaizen strategy (prepared by the researcher). The results of the research resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the children. The experimental group and the children of the control group in the post-measurement on the effective personal habits scale depicted for kindergarten children in favor of the experimental group. There are also statistically significant differences between the average scores of the children of the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurements of the application of the program on the effective personal habits scale depicted for kindergarten children in favor of the post-measurement. There are also no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the children of the experimental group in the post- and post-measurements of the application of the program on the scale.
