Abstract

The current study aims to reach a proposed vision from the perspective of general practice in social service to achieve social support for dwarves, emotional, material, and cognitive. The researcher in this study relied on the social survey approach, and the research tools were the questionnaire, and it was applied to a sample of (50). A dwarf. The results of the research confirmed that the percentage of male dwarves reached (70%) and the percentage of female dwarves amounted to (30%). The percentage of dwarves with an average qualification came in first place. Their percentage reached (50%), then the percentage of dwarves who have the ability to read and write, and who hold a high qualification, came in second place with the same percentage, which is (20%), then the percentage of illiterate dwarves came in third and last place with a percentage of (10%).The research also confirmed the help of the dwarf’s family in getting rid of the feelings of anxiety that the dwarf sometimes feels in terms of emotional support. The results of the research also confirmed that the Social rehabilitation office helped the dwarf in obtaining he was given compensatory devices appropriate to his disability in order to provide material support for dwarves. The results of the research also confirmed the need to help officials in the Social rehabilitation office identify the services it provides to dwarves in order to provide them with cognitive support.
