Abstract

The research aimed to investigate the effect on the use of oxygen-reducing exercises on the cardiorespiratory and organ components of our football, “to begin experimental implementation using one popular group to reconstitute (30) football juniors under (18) years of age from Enppi Sports Club to cooperate in cooperation.” Cairo and those registered in the records of the Egyptian Football Association (2023/2024 AD) and the following statistical data was used: Franciscan - elastic deflection - median - torsion coefficient - “t” test - correlation coefficient - improvement percentages % - Cohen’s coefficient.
The most important results are the following:

The training program using hypoxic exercises has a positive effect on respiratory fitness, as reflected in the physiological measurements under study.
The proposed training program using oxygen-reducing exercises showed improvement rates in functional variables and physiological responses that ranged between (1.76%-29.34%).
The training program using hypoxic exercises has a positive effect on the components of special endurance and the level of physical and skill performance of young football players.
The proposed training program using oxygen-reducing exercises showed improvement rates in physical variables that ranged between (6.55%-31.32%)

The most important recommendations are the following:

It is preferable during periods of special preparation for competitions that depend on systems (aerobic - anaerobic) to take into account the application of oxygen-reducing exercises (3-4) times a week.
It is necessary to inform those responsible for the training process in football about the proposed training program.

3. Conduct more research related to hypoxic exercises
