A Suggested Prospective for Developing of Technological Competencies of female students of kindergarten department at Al-Azhar University in terms of the Digital Management Approach

Abstract

The current research aimed to develop a suggested prospective for the developing of Technological Competencies of female students of the kindergarten department at Al-Azhar University in terms of the Digital Management Approach. The researcher used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire that was directed to a sample of faculty members in the kindergarten department. The field study resulted in : The reality of the Digital Management operations obtained a weak degree of availability, and the importance of the technological competencies needed to prepare female students in the kindergarten department was of great importance, and the level of statistical significance for the digital management processes was insignificant, The statistical significance of the digital management processes and the necessary technological competencies according to the study population was not significant, The level of statistical significance for the digital management processes was significant at 0.05, according to the college location variable, and the technological competencies were not significant, and the level of statistical significance for digital management processes was significant at 0.01, according to the academic rank variable and technological competencies were not significant, and the regression analysis coefficient was significant at 0.01, between digital management and technological competencies by 86%, which means that the changes are explained, and the remaining 14% is due to the influence of other factors, and in light of the theoretical and field study results, a suggested prospective was developed for developing the Technological Competencies of female students in the kindergarten department at Al-Azhar University in terms of the Digital Management Approach.
