Applying the regression analysis indicated that an increase in the level of perceived organizational justice among faculty members at colleges of Education, Al-Azhar University by one degree, leads to a decrease in the level of job burnout by (0.46) degrees. Third, there was a negative correlation between work stress management and job burnout with a correlation coefficient of (-0.41). Applying the regression analysis indicated that an increase in the practice of work stress management among faculty members at colleges of Education, Al-Azhar University by one degree, leads to a decrease in job burnout by (0.56) degrees. Fourth, there was a positive correlation between perceived organizational justice and work stress management with a correlation coefficient of (0.52). Applying the regression analysis indicated that an increase in the level of perceived organizational justice by one degree leads to an increase in practicing work stress management by (0.53) degrees.
