The Reality of Continuous Improvement in Private Schools in Medina That Apply Comprehensive Quality Standards

Abstract

The research study aims to identify the reality of continuous improvement in private schools in Medina that apply comprehensive quality standards. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, using a questionnaire tool on the study sample (152) individuals, including principals, agents, and supervisors of private schools in Medina.
The study concluded in its results that among the most important methods of continuous improvement in private schools applied for quality is the application of quality assurance standards for creativity and excellence, observation and interview cards, and examination of documents, among the most important areas of continuous improvement. Most employees actively participate in the process of continuous improvement. Performance evaluation includes participation in Continuous improvement process, analysis of data resulting from self-evaluation The most important obstacles to continuous improvement are the resistance of some employees, the lack of connection between incentives, financial rewards, and appreciations in the school with continuous improvement efforts, the lack of training of supervisors in continuous improvement methods. Among the most important results of continuous improvement are increasing the school’s recruitment rates, raising the degree of confidence of the school’s beneficiaries, improving the performance of the work team, Raising the level of confidence of school staff.
