Requirements for applying artificial intelligence systems to develop the administrative performance of employees in Egyptian sports clubs

Abstract

The research aims to identify the requirements for applying artificial intelligence systems and a course in developing the administrative performance of employees in Egyptian sports clubs by defining the concept and philosophy of artificial intelligence - the importance of artificial intelligence - the reality of applying artificial intelligence in Egyptian sports clubs - the contribution of artificial intelligence in developing the administrative performance of employees in sports clubs - The contribution of artificial intelligence in developing administrative creativity among employees of sports clubs. The researcher applied the questionnaire form to the basic research sample of leadership and administrative cadres working in the following sports clubs (Al-Ahly Club, Nasr City Branch - Egyptian Hunting Club - Al-Shams Club - Al-Ahly Club Fifth Settlement Branch - 6th of October Club), who numbered (320 individuals). The basic sample for the research was chosen randomly and included a number of (160) examinees from administrative staff working in the sports field, and the exploratory study sample included (80) examinees from outside the basic research sample.
The most important results that resulted were the requirements for applying artificial intelligence systems to develop the administrative performance of employees in Egyptian sports clubs
The use of artificial intelligence leads to leadership and distinction in sports clubs.
The application of artificial intelligence in sports clubs is accepted by senior management.
- Senior management does not adopt a unified model at its various administrative levels
- To some extent, senior management uses beneficiaries’ suggestions to improve its services
- The organizational structure of sports clubs helps in managing operations and facilitating service provision.
The sports club adopts systems thinking, analysis, reading and understanding events.
- There is no specialized department for artificial intelligence in sports clubs.
