A proposed perspective for activating Organizational Innovation in the faculties of Al-Azhar University in light of the Knowledge Sharing approach

Abstract

                    The research aimed at revealing the reality of (Organizational Innovation and Knowledge Sharing) in the faculties of Al-Azhar University and monitoring the requirements for activating Organizational Innovation in the faculties of Al-Azhar University in light of the Knowledge Sharing approach from the faculty members' point of view, revealing the statistically significant relationship between Organizational Innovation and Knowledge Sharing in the faculties of Al-Azhar University, and presenting a proposed perspective for activating Organizational Innovation in the faculties of Al-Azhar University in light of the Knowledge Sharing approach, The research used the descriptive method to achieve its goals and a questionnaire applied to a random sample of (387) faculty members of the faculties of Al-Azhar University.
The results of the field study showed that the reality of Organizational Innovation in the faculties of Al-Azhar University, from the point of view of the sample was (medium) in terms of the degree of availability, with an arithmetic mean of (1.79), and the reality of Knowledge Sharing in the faculties of Al-Azhar University, from the point of view of the sample, was (medium) in terms of the degree of availability, with an arithmetic mean of (1.81), It showed that the requirements for activating Organizational Innovation in the faculties of Al-Azhar University in light of the Knowledge Sharing approach were “large” in terms of the degree of importance, with an arithmetic mean of (2.93), it also showed a statistically significant positive correlation between Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Innovation.
Finally, the two researchers presented a proposed perspective for activating Organizational Innovation in the faculties of Al-Azhar University in light of the Knowledge Sharing approach.
