A Suggested Proposal of the Development of the Functional Competences of the Egyptian Kindergarten Teachers in the Light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution’s Needs.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to articulate a Suggested Proposal for developing the Functional competences of the teachers of the Egyptian kindergarten in the light of the fourth industrial revolution’s needs. The study depends on the description method and its questionnaire tool to measure the availability of such competences. The sample of the study is 255 kindergarten managers in Aswan Governorate. The results of the study shows that such Functional competences are weak. The study results show also the great need for developing these competences. The weak Functional technical competences come first, followed by the innovative ones and lastly the personal ones. Finally the study tries to introduce a suggested Proposal of developing the Functional competences of the Egyptian kindergarten teachers in the light of the fourth industrial revolution’s needs.
