The reality of Professional Competencies for teachers graduates the Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo, Al-Azhar University (From point of view the technical supervisors)

Abstract

      The study aimed at identifying reality the Professional Competencies for teachers graduates the Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo, Al-Azhar University (from point of view technical supervisors), and Presenting some recommendations and suggestions based on results of this study; to improve reality of these competencies. Study used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was applied; To determine degree of availability Professional Competencies in teachers graduates the Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo, Al-Azhar University, on a sample of (307) technical supervisors in (Cairo- Dakahlia– Sohag) governorates. The results of the study revealed that level availability of behavioral competencies came in the first rank with a mean (2.43), and a highest degree, cognitive competencies came in the second rank with a mean (2.11), and a moderate degree, skill competencies came in The third rank with a mean (1.99), and a moderate degree, finally competencies related to interests and future directions, in fourth rank, with a mean (1.92), and a moderate degree. The study also presented a number of recommendations and suggestions that may be useful in improving reality of Professional Competencies for teachers graduates Faculty of Education for Boys in Cairo, Al-Azhar University.
