Training requirements for civil organizations to face some contemporary crises

Abstract

                  The current research targeted the most important training needs of civil society organizations in the face of contemporary crises, by identifying the most important training needs, which include (cognitive needs, skill needs, valuable needs, professional needs technical needs) , And knowledge of constraints that prevent the training needs of social workers working with civil society organizations and to establish a proposal for a training program for civilian personnel working for civil society organizations. (63) Singled from the Social Specialists working in the Arab African Foundation for Research and Sustainable Development in Cairo Governorate. To face contemporary crises Which include (cognitive needs and basic needs professional needs technical needs), as well as significant obstacles to satisfy the training needs needed to build the capacity of social workers in civil society organizations to face contemporary crises also significantly, and in light of the results The researcher to develop a proposal for a training program for social workers working for civil society organizations.
