The effectiveness of a proposed training package in developing the performing skills of public speaking among students of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences for expatriates at Al-Azhar University

Abstract

The current research aimed to know the effectiveness of a proposed training in developing the performing skills of public speaking  students of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences for expatriates at Al-Azhar University and it was applied to a sample of (60) students from the first year students of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences for expatriates at Al-Azhar University and it was divided into two groups: (controller ) I studied the traditional content, and (experimental) studied the content of the proposed training package, and the researcher used the following tool: (a note card for the performance skills of public speaking), and after applying the experimental treatment materials: (list of performing skills - and the proposed training) to the sample members, and applying the tool before Subsequently, The research extraction.
-There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group (who trained using the training bag) and the control group (who did not train with the training bag) of the international students studying at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences in the post application of the observation card for the performance skills of public speaking. For the experimental group.
- There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the control and experimental groups in the observation card of the performance skills of public speaking as a whole, and for each main skill separately, and these differences came in favor of the experimental group.
