The ease of expressions and the clarity of their expressions were taken into account in the design of the tools so that they do not carry more than one meaning, as well as accurately reflecting the realistic role of rural women pioneers - the extent to which they benefit from participation in presidential initiatives. On their performance of their roles in the presidential initiatives, the results were discussed and the necessary planning recommendations and indicators were developed to activate the role of rural women leaders in the presidential initiatives.
