Administrative problems facing the application of hybrid education in general secondary schools from the point of view of school leaders "A field study"

Abstract

     The objective of the current research is to identify the administrative problems facing the application of hybrid education in public secondary schools in Egypt, in terms of (planning-organization-guidance-follow-up and evaluation) from the point of view of school leaders. (507) a school leader (deputy / principal) in general secondary education in Egypt in some educational regions (Cairo, Alexandria, Sohag) in order to get acquainted with; The administrative problems facing the application of hybrid education in public secondary schools, and proposals to overcome these problems. The administrative problems facing the application of hybrid education in public secondary schools came with an “OK” degree, and the arrangement of the sub-dimensions of the administrative problems axis according to the weighted average reveals that: the (planning) dimension came in the first place; For all dimensions, it is followed by the (guidance) dimension, then the (organization) dimension, and finally the (follow-up and evaluation) dimension in the last place, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) or less to the degree of the existence of administrative problems facing the application of hybrid education in secondary education. general; Attributable to the variable of gender and academic qualification, while there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) to the degree of administrative problems facing the application of hybrid education in general secondary education; Attributable to the variable of the number of years of experience, the functional degree, the province, and the number of training courses on technology. The study ended with a number of recommendations to overcome the problems of applying hybrid education in public secondary schools.
