Abstract

The aim of this research is to integrate cloud computing applications and open source learning resources in a mobile training environment to develop electronic assessment skills for secondary school teachers. The research sample consisted of (30) male and female teachers in Port Said Governorate. product evaluation card), the researcher used the descriptive research method; To prepare the theoretical framework for the research by describing, interpreting and analyzing the concepts related to the application of cloud computing and open source learning resources, the mobile training environment, as well as the skills of electronic evaluation, the preparation of measurement tools, the interpretation and discussion of the results, the experimental research method, in order to find out the effect of using the independent variable (the level of mobile training (full/partial) in an open source learning resource environment based on cloud computing applications) on the dependent variables (cognitive aspects and performance aspects related to electronic assessment skills) for secondary school teachers in Port Said Governorate, through an experimental design with two experimental groups, a mobile training environment (full / partial) With the pre and post measurement, and after conducting statistical analysis, the results of the research showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample in the pre and post application (the cognitive side - the performance side) in favor of the post application of the first experimental group (full mobile training). recommendations, and in the end a set of research proposals were presented to help researchers.
