Using the developmental approach in the social work with groups to develop the capabilities of social workers working with Inclusion pupils in primary school

Abstract

The current study aims to test the effectiveness of a training program using the developmental approach in social work with groups to develop the professional capabilities of social workers working with Inclusion pupils in primary school, the study using the quasi-experimental approach, using the design of the pre-post experiment for one experimental group consisting of (16) social workers from the supervisors of school groups at the primary school. The study results: The validity of the main hypothesis of the study and its performance: There is a statistically significant relationship between the training program using the developmental approach in social work with groups and the development of the capabilities of social workers working with Inclusion pupils in primary school.
 The study recommended: - Flexibility of the programs offered within the group for students of this category and their ability to adjust and harmonize. - Organized planning of the professional intervention process with groups of students with Inclusion pupils Creating advanced training opportunities to develop the skills of specialists working with groups to implement social Inclusion pupils programs for the disabled - Spreading the culture of difference and raising awareness of the rights of the disabled.
