Abstract

The aim of the research is to extract the effect of designing a training program based on flipped rotary blended learning, on Providing electronic archiving skills for library and information specialists in Egyptian universities, enabling them to carry out the required job tasks to the fullest, and the possibility of applying them in both of the teaching and the learning processes. The main sample of the research was formed. From (60) specialists from (Badr University in Cairo - Menoufia University), the sample was divided into two groups, the first of which is experimental group, which has (30) specialist, and it follows the flipped rotary blended learning pattern, and the second one is  the control group , which has number of (30), and it has followed the traditional method. The research tools were represented in an achievement test to measure the cognitive side, and the practical performance observation card. The current research used the quasi-experimental method to measure the impact of the independent variables on the dependent variables, by studying the effect of designing a training program based on flipped blended learning in acquiring electronic archiving skills. The results of the research showed the superiority of the experimental group. Which studied using the flipped blended rotary learning technique in providing the electronic archiving skills to the control group, which has studied in the traditional way
