Features of moral education and its educational applications for Al-Fakihi (920 AH - 982 AH) "An analytical study"

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the highlighting of the scientific tributaries of the thought of (Zain al-Din al-Fakihi), and to clarify the features of moral education in his thought, and its educational applications.
 The study concluded in its results that Al-Fakihi reviewed ethics - which is a science in itself, has a subject, and principles - and made Sunni morals inclusive (good manners) and made mothers of Sunni morals (literature, followership, charity, advice, and Sufism), and mentioned that one of the most important methods Moral education: (a lot of remembrance, and the company of the guided), and he made al-Fakihi a comprehensive morals blameworthy, which is (bad manners), and stated that the origin of reprehensible morals are two qualities, namely: (anger, arrogance), and that its treatment is represented in repentance, in addition to following the example The righteous, which he called (reading towards the worshipers’ curriculum, and acting according to it), as he mentioned models of educational and educational Sunni morals (guidance in education and teaching, perseverance in seeking knowledge and virtues), and models of reprehensible educational and educational morals (disapproval of learning and preaching), and also from the results Moral education is considered the second foundation after ideological education in building the personality of the individual and deepening it within him, and this is reflected in all aspects of his life: (educational, educational, moral, spiritual, aesthetic, social, economic and political). Among the results is also the need to pay attention to the ethical aspects of the educational system at all levels, upper and middle, especially with the imbalance of the system of values and the low level of morals in contemporary society.
