The level of Crisis Management Skills of Guidance counselors in light of "Eshraq" program, and its relevance to Professional Motivation

Abstract

This Research aimed to acknowledge the level of Crisis Management Skills of Guidance counselors in light of "Eshraq" program, and its relevance to Professional Motivation. Through identifying the level of Crisis Management Skills of Guidance counselors, as well as identifying the level of their Professional Motivation, in addition to revealing the impact of gender and experience variables on the level of Crisis Management Skills of Guidance Counselors. the Research sample consisted of (214) Guidance counselors of School Workers public in Jeddah. The Research adopted the descriptive correlative approach, and a questionnaire was used to measure the level of Crisis Management Skills in light of "Eshraq" program prepared by the Scholar, and a measure of Professional Motivation was used by (jarallah and saleh, 2019), The conclusions of the research found that the level of Crisis Management Skills of Guidance counselors in light of the "Eshraq" program, in addition to the level of Professional Motivation was high. The conclusions also demonstrated that there was a direct correlation at the indicative level of (0.05) in the average degree of the Crisis Management Skills level, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences at the indicative level (0.05) average level of Crisis Management Skills of Guidance counselors is attributable to gender and years of experience variables.
