Abstract

The research aimed to build a proposed program in teaching rhetoric based on the integration of the investigative Sckeman and Karen models to develop rhetorical concepts and creative writing skills among female students of the Arabic Language Division at the College of Education. short-literary essay) The two lists were presented to experts and specialists for approval, and tests of rhetorical concepts and creative writing skills were built, and their validity and reliability were verified. The researcher applied them to a group of students of the third year, the Arabic language department, at the Faculty of Education for Girls in Asyut, Al-Azhar University. The research was applied to a sample of (60) female students and the researcher relied on the experimental design of one group with a tribal and remote measurement. A level of the rhetorical concepts test separately, and on the test as a whole, The results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the female students in the pre and post application in the creative writing skills test in favor of the post application in each skill of the creative writing skills test separately and in the test as a whole. The results also showed the effectiveness of the proposed program based on the Scheman and Karen investigative models in teaching rhetoric in developing rhetorical concepts and creative writing skills for female students of the Arabic Language Division at the College of Education. The researcher also suggested conducting more studies similar to the current study; To get acquainted with the effectiveness of the program based on the Scheman and Karen investigative models in developing rhetorical concepts and creative writing skills in different academic.
