Abstract

The problem of the current study is limited to the need to support poor families with the first care, due to the shortcomings of the social care programs provided to them. (Solidarity and Karama Program - Asmarat Neighborhood Experience - Tafna Al-Ashraf Experience - Shorouk Project - Poverty Reduction Program), which contributed to meeting the needs of poor families, reducing their problems and raising their efficiency; Therefore, they are ideal models to be followed in development and modernization.
