Abstract

The study aimed at monitoring the experiences of some foreign countries in productive universities and their relationship to incubators, research chairs and ways to benefit in Egyptian universities. To achieve this, the study relied on the descriptive approach to analyze these experiences in order to reach the aspects of benefiting from it. The study concluded that there is great interest in the productive university in many developed countries, especially in its competitiveness and benefit from the incubators and research chairs, which it pays great attention to, and contribute to its self-development. The study recommended the need to move the Egyptian university education towards the transformation to a productive university and research chairs, and to benefit from them in self-financing at a time when Egyptian universities suffer from a lack of government funding.
