The impact of commitment to the social organization of faculty members on their attitudes towards a productive university.

Abstract

The study aimed to try to identify the impact of commitment to the social organization of faculty members on their attitudes towards the productive university through; An attempt to identify (the effect of loyalty to social organization, the effect of responsibility towards social organization, and the effect of the desire to continue to work in social organization) for faculty members at the Faculty of Education for their attitudes towards the productive university. The study belongs to the descriptive studies style, and then relied on the case study approach, using a questionnaire tool. Applied to faculty members of the Faculty of Education, Al-Azhar University in Cairo, This is in addition to direct observation of the human study community, and in light of the results of the study that resulted in an urgent need to strengthen commitment to the social organization of faculty members in order to enhance their attitudes towards the productive university, then the study recommended a proposed conception of the way of organizing the community that may contribute to strengthening the direction of members The faculty towards the productive university.
