Stimulating Achievement motivation for social work students from the perspective of social casework in the digital Transformation of university Education.

Abstract

The Research aimed to reach a proposed perception by Identifying The degree of Achievement motivation among students of social work, Identifying the most appropriate material and moral motivations through the viewpoint of the students themselves, As well as the viewpoint of the faculty members in the Department and the Associate members (Internally and externally) to increase Achievement motivation in digital Transformation for university Education, The descriptive approach was used, and the Research was applied to (799) Individual students of social work Educated by Al-Azhar in Cairo, And (36) Individual members of the faculty members in the department and the Associate members Affiliated to work in the social work ,And two Research Tools were applied, which showed that Achievement motivation is average among students, And showed the most important material and moral motivations that must be met. The period of collecting the Theoretical framework until the Application of the tool took from the period from 28/4/2021 until 23/5/2021, And the Results of the Research resulted in Reaching a proposed conception to stimulate Achievement motivation in each from the side (both material and moral) for social work students from the perspective of social casework in the Digital Transformation of university Education.
